Returning an Item

Customers may return an item if they are unhappy with their purchase. To initiate a return, please email returns@bdy-ctrl.com or follow the returns instructions in your account portal.

Once your return has been dispatched, please email us the airway bill or proof of shipment so we can monitor the safe arrival of your item.

Upon receipt and review of the returned product, a full refund will be issued to your original method of payment.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us promptly with photographic evidence of the condition in which the item was received. After review, we will arrange for a replacement item to be sent to you as quickly as possible.

Important Notes

• All returns and replacements are subject to review.
• Items should be returned in their original condition, with tags and packaging.
• We reserve the right to decline a return if the product does not meet our return standards.
