BDY-CTRL Returns & Refunds Policy

At BDY-CTRL, your hygiene, safety, and satisfaction are extremely important to us. Due to the nature of our products, please read our returns policy carefully before making a purchase.

No Returns or Exchanges

All BDY-CTRL shapewear items are classified as intimate wear. For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect size selection

  • Colour preference

  • Worn or tried-on items

Once an order has been placed and delivered, it is considered final.

Damaged or Faulty Items

We do, however, stand behind the quality of our products.

If you receive an item that is damaged or faulty upon arrival, you may be eligible for a replacement or refund, subject to review.

To qualify:

  • You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • The item must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging

  • Clear photos or video evidence of the damage must be provided

Please email us at hello@bdy-ctrl.com with:

  • Your order number

  • Photos/videos clearly showing the issue

Once approved, we will send a replacement item immediately.

Items Not Considered Faulty

The following are not considered defects:

  • Slight colour variations due to lighting or screen settings

  • Normal fabric characteristics of shapewear (compression, stitching style)

  • Damage caused by incorrect washing, wear, or misuse

Sizing Responsibility

Please refer carefully to our size guide before ordering. If you’re unsure, we strongly recommend sizing up or contacting us for guidance on hello@bdy-ctrl.com prior to purchase.
