Finding the right fit is key to getting the most out of your BDY-CTRL shapewear.
Our pieces are designed to provide targeted compression, smoothing, and support, which means they should feel snug but comfortable when worn. To ensure the best possible fit, we strongly recommend taking accurate body measurements and reviewing the size chart carefully before placing your order.
If you are between sizes, we generally recommend sizing up for comfort and sizing down if you want extra compression.
How to Measure
For best results, measure directly against your body (not over clothing) using a soft measuring tape. Focus on:
- Bust
- Underbust
- Waist
- Hips
Important Notes
- Shapewear is designed to feel firm when first worn and will naturally adapt to your body
- Compression levels vary by style and fabric
- Fit may feel tighter than everyday clothing — this is intentional
