Incorrect Address

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout
  • BDY | CTRL is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses
  • Orders returned to us due to address errors are not eligible for refunds or reshipment

Damaged Deliveries
