At BDY-CTRL, we aim to process and ship orders as quickly as possible. Please review our cancellation policy carefully before completing your purchase.

Order Cancellations

Once an order has been placed, it cannot be cancelled, modified, or changed. This includes changes to:

• Size

• Colour

• Style

• Shipping address

Due to the nature of our products being intimate wear, all sales are considered final once an order is confirmed.

Processing & Fulfilment

Orders begin processing immediately after checkout. For this reason, we are unable to stop, cancel, or recall orders once they have entered the fulfilment process.

Pre-Orders & Limited Releases

For pre-orders, limited-edition items, or promotional releases:

• Orders cannot be cancelled once placed

• Estimated dispatch dates are provided at checkout and may vary

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Cancellations are not accepted as an alternative to refunds.

If you receive an item that is damaged or faulty upon arrival, please refer to our Returns & Refunds Policy for eligibility. Approved claims may result in a replacement at our discretion.

Chargebacks & Disputes

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without contacting us first may delay resolution. We strongly encourage customers to contact us at hello@bdy-ctrl.com so we can assist promptly.
